Food has always been a big part of my life, and I have wonderful memories of cooking with my mom when I was young. Those experiences inspired my love for making delicious dishes and trying out different flavors.
As I grew older, my passion for cooking grew even stronger. I attended cooking classes where I had the pleasure of learning from talented teachers from different countries. I even had the opportunity to work in their kitchen, which helped me gain valuable experience and improve my skills.
Afterward, I ventured into the restaurant industry, working as an assistant/chef. Although my time there was short, it gave me a glimpse into the fast-paced and exciting world of professional kitchens.
