Beef bulgogi meatballs recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g minced aged beef
  • 90 g bulgogi sauce (CJ SOUTH KOREA)
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 20 g gochujang
  • 45 g honey
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop onions into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Add beef, 70g of bulgogi, and pepper to the same bowl. Mix everything well.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs about 2.5-3cm wide and place them on the baking tray.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven, brush left 20 g bulgogi sauce on the meatballs, and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  • For the sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve the meatballs with rice and sauce.

Notes

Note: If you don't want spicy sauce, you can eat this meatballs with bulgogi sauce.
