Chop onions into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Add beef, 70g of bulgogi, and pepper to the same bowl. Mix everything well.
Shape the mixture into meatballs about 2.5-3cm wide and place them on the baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven, brush left 20 g bulgogi sauce on the meatballs, and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
For the sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Serve the meatballs with rice and sauce.

Note: If you don't want spicy sauce, you can eat this meatballs with bulgogi sauce.
