Refreshing and easy bell pepper salad with feta cheese. I highly recommend using walnut oil as it’s soft taste is perfect as salad dressing. You can take out the feta and serve this salad together with Chicken Kebabs!

INGREDIENTS
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- 1 medium sized cucumber
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 70g feta cheese
- Half of red onion
- Fresh dill
- A bit of walnut oil
- A bit of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut vegetables: bell pepper into 1 cm cubes, cucumber – slice horizontally into 2-3 mm slices, then cut in half, cherry tomatoes – cut in half, onion – cut in half and slice lengthwise. Place cut vegetables in a bowl and mix well.
- Wash the dill and chop it into small pieces. Add it to the bowl with vegetables, pour a bit of walnut oil, add salt and mix.
- Cut feta into 1cm cubes and place it on the salad.
