Muffins instead of a apple cake

You can easily turn this recipe into muffins by dividing the batter into a muffin tin instead of a cake pan. Just be sure to adjust the baking time accordingly, as muffins will likely bake faster than a cake (up to 15 min).

Storing and reheating

Storing: To store this pie, you can either place it in an airtight container or leave it uncovered. If you store it in an airtight container, it will last up to 3 days without needing to be refrigerated. If you leave it uncovered, it may dry out faster.
Reheating: pie is delicious and cold, but you can warm it for 30-50s in the microwave or in the oven on 100C for 10 minutes.
Freezing: place in the airtight container or freezer bag and place in the freezer. Good up to 1 month.
